What counts as a validated lead?
A business that passed both checks: it matches the targeting you asked for, and its email passed a live deliverability test. Anything that fails either check is cut.
What happens to leads that get cut?
You are never charged for them. The results page lists every cut lead and the reason it was cut, so you can check our work.
Do credits expire?
No. Packs are one-time purchases and unused credits stay on your account.
How do the 25 free leads work?
Sign up free and they are on your account. Before your first campaign runs we do a quick card check, and nothing is charged.
Are purchases refundable?
Credit purchases are non-refundable. That is why the free leads come first: you can run a real campaign and check the results before buying a pack.
